About the Pitts Special

What you need to know about this flying experience

• Arrive at Curtis Aviation at Camden Airport (Sydney) 15 minutes prior to flight for pre-flight briefing and other preparations for your flight.  Allow time after flight for a post-flight de-brief
• Prior flying experience not required, but you do need to be a minimum of 14 years of age.  There is a maximum height limit of 190cm and maximum weight limit of 100kg.  You also need to be reasonably fit without any major health issues
• Time duration shown is aircraft engine on time, which includes time on runway.

Please note that this experience is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if the weather is not suitable.

What to wear/bring

• Comfortable clothes (you will be climbing in and out of an aircraft!)
• Closed in shoes, such as runners.  (High heels, thongs and sandals not permitted)
• Your camera!  (You will need to secure it during manoeuvers)
• As this is an aerobatic experience, no loose items on your person
